Fauda - Sagi Tzur
Fauda (Arabic: فوضى, transliterated: فوצָ, translated into Hebrew: “Chaos”, “Blagan”) is an Israeli television series of the action-drama type, which aired on February 15, 2015, on the yes EDGE channel. The series was created by journalist Avi Issacharoff and actor Lior Raz. The two were also based, among other things, on their experiences from their military service in the Cherry unit.
In 2016 the series won the “Academy Award for Television” in the category of best drama series and in 2017 the series won 11 categories, including best drama, best director (Rotem Shamir) and best actor in daily drama / drama (Lior Raz).
In November 2016, the series was purchased and aired by the Netflix viewing service.
On December 26, 2019, it began airing its third season. During the third season, it was announced that the series has been booked for a fourth season which is expected to air during 2022.
Fauda is one of the most successful Israeli series ever.
In 2017, Amadi joined the cast of the international television drama “Fauda” and began to play the character of Sagi Tzur – a new undercover man who joined the cast.
Amadi plays the character of Sagi in seasons 2, 3 and 4.
As part of his participation in “Fauda”, Amadi began to gather a wide audience from all over the globe and especially from Arab countries.
Highway 65 - Matan Golan
At the end of 2021, Amadi began filming for the lead role in the Israeli film “The Bar Road” alongside actress Tali Sharon and directed by creator and director Mia Dreyfus.
Amadi plays the character of Matan Golan.
The film is set to release in 2023.
Alumim - roles itself (Idan Amedi)
Alumim is an Israeli drama series, by the Kan11 Broadcasting Corporation, created by Guy Siddis, directed by Tawfiq Abu Wail and written by Guy Siddis based on his experiences with at-risk youth over 15 years together with Nirit Yaron, Tawfiq Abu Wail and Shira Porat. The series aired on October 4, 2021 on Channel 11 here and on digital. With the broadcast of the last episode of the first season, on November 1, 2021, it was announced that a second season of the series had been booked.
Amadi participates in the first episode as himself, as a mentor to one of the children who dreams of becoming a musician and succeeding in auditioning for a musical reality show.
